# KUT Terms of Service **Last Updated:** October 17, 2026 Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the KUT application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" or "App"). By using KUT, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app. ## 1. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer KUT is an **entertainment and personal development app** offering astrology, Human Design, meditation frequencies, and AI-powered mystical analyses. * No information, analysis, book, palm reading interpretation, or frequency provided in the app is intended to substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice or diagnosis. * You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the application's results. KUT provides no legal warranty regarding the accuracy, precision, or outcomes of this information. * The application is generally intended for users aged 13 and older. Interactive artificial intelligence (AI) features—such as deep mystical guidance, palm readings, and personal book generation—are designed for users aged 18 and older; individuals under 18 may only use these AI features under parental or legal guardian supervision. ## 2. User Obligations By using the app, you agree to abide by the following rules: * You may not use KUT for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. * You may not engage in activities that would disrupt the app's operation or harm its servers or networks (e.g., spreading malware, reverse engineering, bypassing security mechanisms). * You warrant that the data you provide to the app (birth details, etc.) is given with your consent, or if you are entering data belonging to others, you have obtained their explicit consent. ## 3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchase Terms KUT provides both subscription plans and standalone one-time purchase options: ### A. Premium Subscription Plans * **Subscription Options:** KUT offers Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Premium subscription plans. * **Premium Scope:** Premium subscription provides an ad-free experience, access to daily celestial transits and astrology insights, in-depth Human Design analyses, the palm reading module, and extended access to meditation frequencies. * **IMPORTANT - Book Excluded:** The Personal Life Guide Book ("Cosmic Life Book") is **NOT INCLUDED in Premium subscriptions**. Because the book is an extensive, standalone individualized report, it is purchased separately. * **Payments and Auto-Renewal:** Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew for the chosen period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. * **Cancellations and Refunds:** Subscription cancellation and refund requests must be managed directly through your Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) account settings. Per app store policies, we cannot issue direct refunds. ### B. One-Time Book Purchase (Cosmic Life Book) * **Standalone Product:** The Cosmic Life Book is a one-time in-app purchase. You do not need an active Premium subscription to purchase or generate a book. * **Single Personalized Generation:** Each purchase entitles you to generate 1 (one) personalized digital book/report tailored to a specific birth chart profile. * **Protection Upon Failed Generation:** If generation fails due to a network interruption, device shutdown, or server-side technical fault, your purchase entitlement is preserved. The app verifies your purchase status and allows you to retry and complete the generation without additional charge. * **Viewing and Exporting:** Once successfully generated, your book remains accessible on your device and can be viewed, exported as a PDF, and shared again at any time. ## 4. Intellectual Property Rights All designs, texts, graphics, sounds, logos, software, and algorithmic analyses (Intellectual Property) contained within the app belong to KUT or its content providers. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, or license the app or its content for commercial purposes. The personal PDF reports (Cosmic Life Book) generated are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. ## 5. Third-Party Services Our Service utilizes trusted third-party service providers, including Google Gemini AI (AI analysis), RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management), Google AdMob (advertising), Cloudflare (network security and performance), and Firebase App Check (app integrity and request verification). The use of these services is subject to the respective providers' own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. ## 6. Service Interruptions and Modifications While we strive to provide KUT without interruption, the app may occasionally be inaccessible due to technical faults, updates, or maintenance. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the app (free or premium) with or without prior notice. ## 7. Changes to the Terms We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. When significant changes occur, we will notify you through the app or our website. Your continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. ## 8.
