This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your information when you use the KUT mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using KUT, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. ## 1. Information We Collect To provide you with a personalized astrology, Human Design, and mystical analysis experience, we may collect the following categories of data: * **Personal Astrology and Profile Data:** Name/nickname, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information is required for the accurate calculation of your celestial charts (BodyGraph, natal chart, transits). * **Visual Data (Palm Reading Feature):** If you use the palm reading feature, camera access permission is requested or you may select a photo from your gallery. Uploaded/captured palm photos are processed temporarily solely for artificial intelligence analysis. * **Technical and Usage Data:** Device model, operating system version, IP address, in-app interactions, and session logs to maintain system performance, stability, and security. * **Advertising and Device Identifiers:** Subject to your explicit consent (such as iOS App Tracking Transparency / Android advertising permissions), pseudonymous identifiers (IDFA / AAID / GAID) may be processed for ad attribution and serving. ## 2. How and Why We Use Your Information We use the collected information for the following purposes: * **Personalized Astrology and Analyses:** Generating your Human Design BodyGraph, daily celestial transits, and personal energy insights. * **AI-Powered Interpretation and Guidance:** Generating palm reading insights, daily mystical guidance, deep transit interpretations, compatibility analyses, and personalized astrological readings. * **Personal Life Guide Book (Cosmic Life Book):** Compiling and generating your individualized comprehensive PDF report/book via artificial intelligence. * **Purchase and Subscription Management:** Managing and verifying in-app subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual) and one-time book purchases. * **Application and Network Security:** Preventing fraudulent activities, unauthorized API requests, and verifying application authenticity. * **Advertising:** Serving personalized or non-personalized advertisements on the free version of the app in compliance with platform consent frameworks. * **Service Optimization:** Diagnosing errors, tracking performance, and enhancing overall user experience. ## 3. Third-Party Service Providers and Data Sharing We strictly do not sell or rent your personal data. To deliver a seamless and secure service, data is shared only to the extent necessary with the following trusted third-party providers: * **Google Gemini AI (AI Infrastructure):** Palm photos, chart parameters, transit data, book generation inputs, and daily prompt requests are transmitted to the Google Gemini AI API to generate analyses. Data is processed solely to produce real-time responses; under Google Cloud Enterprise privacy terms, this data is not used to train public AI models. * **RevenueCat:** Used to manage and verify your subscription status (weekly, monthly, annual), premium entitlements, and one-time book purchase validity. Financial information (credit cards, billing details) is **never stored** by RevenueCat or us; payments are handled directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. * **Cloudflare:** Provides network security, DDoS protection, DNS routing, and content delivery network (CDN) acceleration for API traffic. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and network metadata for request validation and security filtering. * **Firebase App Check:** Verifies that API requests originate from legitimate, untampered instances of the KUT app to prevent automated bots and abuse. * **Google AdMob:** Delivers ads to users on the free tier. Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) are shared strictly according to your platform tracking consent (such as iOS ATT). If permission is declined, only non-personalized ads are displayed. ## 4. Data Storage, Retention Periods, and Security * **Local Storage on Device:** Your profile information (birth details), calculated BodyGraph records, and generated Cosmic Life Book PDF files are stored directly **in your device's local memory**. This data remains on your device until you delete your profile or uninstall the app. * **Palm Reading Photos:** Captured or uploaded palm photos are not permanently stored on our servers. As soon as the Gemini AI processing completes and the reading is delivered to your device, the server-side temporary session is cleared. * **AI Text Requests:** Prompts and input parameters sent to Gemini AI are processed ephemerally and are not kept in a persistent user database on our servers. * **Third-Party Provider Data:** Technical, operational, and subscription records processed by RevenueCat, Cloudflare, Firebase, and Google AdMob are retained in accordance with each provider's privacy policies and applicable legal/tax requirements. * **Security Standards:** All data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. ## 5. Data Deletion and Profile Removal You maintain complete control over your personal data: * **In-App Deletion Path:** You can permanently delete all locally stored data, profile entries, and readings directly inside the app by going to **Profile → Settings → Delete Profile** (Profil → Ayarlar → Profili Sil). * **What Gets Deleted:** Selecting this option permanently purges your name, birth details, calculated astrology and Human Design charts, past AI readings, and locally stored book copies from your device. * **What Remains:** Purchase history and subscription receipts managed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store are maintained by the respective store platforms for statutory financial, accounting, and consumer protection reasons. Deleting your profile from the app does not automatically cancel an ongoing App Store or Google Play subscription; cancellations must be performed in your device store settings. ## 6. Permissions and User Controls * **Camera Permission:** Requested only with your explicit permission when using the palm reading feature. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. * **Notification Permission:** Requested with your explicit consent if you opt in to receive daily transits, ritual reminders, and celestial updates. * **Tracking Permission (iOS ATT / Ad ID):** If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can decline or revoke this permission at any time via system privacy settings. ## 7. Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy * **General Age Limit:** KUT is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that personal data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete it. * **Age Requirement for AI Features (18+):** The app's interactive artificial intelligence features—including deep mystical interpretations, palm readings, and personal life guide book generation—are intended for adults aged 18 and older. Users under 18 may only use these features with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. ## 8.
